So I have noticed that my 2 1/4-inch heeled shoes raise me up quite a bit, my knees are raised even while sitting. This position makes me consciences of my knees, so I try to bring them in together, esp. if I turn around to talk to coworkers, I try not to look unfemm.
In this, however, my legs, my quadriceps, have become sore. By the end of the day, my quads are tight and tired, like I was doing knee extensions. I stand up to walk to get water, and they are sore-sore.
I guess I am not used to heels and sitting properly all the time, try it. Girls are trained from day one, they are conditioned. Anyway, I am sure walking in the heels have an effect as well, I can only imagine wearing real heels, the small dainty heels and high ones for days and days. It is a work out.
My ankles kind of feel it too. I have to maintain posture while walking and standing at this altitude. Crazy!
